Stealth Imaging's new PCI-Express Quad H.264 Encoder Card is the first 30fps standard definition (SD) four-channel real-time video encoder. This card is specifically designed for IPTV broadcast, police surveillance, and government/military applications.

This card incorporates powerful H.264 video technology and compresses 3-5 times as much video in the same space as MPEG-2’s algorithm. The Stealth card will be priced significantly lower than competing products.
