Video Examples

We have provided here a number of video examples at different bitrates, sizes and types. You will find live video, movies and television show examples.

Movies

Here is an example of the Movie Spiderman that has been transcoded from the original MPEG-2 at 7Mbps to H.264 at 1.2Mbps and 640x480, 24fps.

Here is the 5th Element at 320x240, 768Kbps, 24fps typical iPod setup.

Television Shows

The television example was pulled from DirecTV. This shows the quality of a video that has a low quality source (320x240, MPEG-2) that has been double scanned then encoded.

Live Video

Here is a Live feed from a camcorder direct to H.264 video. This video has a considerable amount of movement in it to show how the encoder handles that problem.
