Mark Wells – President/Managing Executive Member. Mr. Wells has spent nearly 25 years in the digital media business, a career that virtually parallels the history of computer multimedia products. He spent nearly 13 years at the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and developed a detailed knowledge of television broadcasting, animation and video production, multimedia development, video products, technologies and very small, low power engineering processes. He was Director of the DCI (Director of Central Intelligence) Media Team, responsible for all DCI material used to brief the President, Congress and world leaders. He has an equally strong track record in the non-governmental technology marketplace, working with companies such as IBM, SAIC and Lockheed-Martin, and is the developer of the award-winning TEAM management philosophy. Mr. Wells has multiple degrees in electrical engineering, computer programming and network engineering. John Randolph – VP Product Development/Managing Executive Member. Mr. Randolph developed one of the first video capture cards for the consumer market more than 20 years ago and has been involved in software development and digital media ever since. He has more than 25 years' experience in software and hardware development and was regarded recently as a expert in the field of software development for Cocoa-based programming. Mr. Randolph's experience includes a multitude of technologies such as digital media, network based gaming, and telecommunications for companies such as Apple Computer, The Walt Disney Company, and KPMG. Sean Morris – CFO/Managing Executive Member. Mr. Morris is an expert in contracts management and administration, financial and cost modeling with experience in technology startups, corporate development and international trade and investment. Before joining Stealth Imaging, Mr. Morris managed a variety of contracts and real estate investments and served in advisory capacities to several companies, U.S. Government and multilateral agencies. For more than 12 years, Mr. Morris lived and worked as an entrepreneur, business executive, management and financial consultant in Europe, Asia and the former Soviet Union. His advisory work includes privatization, outsourcing, and business development initiatives. Waqar Malik – Software Architect. Mr. Malik has been involved in broadcast media and digital media for many years. Before joining Stealth Imaging, he supported Digital Signal Processing (DSP) development—one of the major technologies in today's consumer HDTV marketplace—at Texas Instruments, and worked in QuickTime digital video design for Grass Valley, the Thomson-owned broadcast equipment manufacturer. Mr. Malik has more than 20 years of hardware and software development experience and has advanced degrees in computer engineering. He is currently a doctoral candidate in computer science. |
