Dennis Cooper – Partner, Moore Stephens Frost. Mr. Cooper is a CPA with nearly 30 years of taxation and advisory experience for a wide range of companies in multiple industries. His experience includes general business matters, mergers and acquisitions, information technology and animal agriculture. He joined Moore Stephens Frost in 1997, and is an expert in tax law governing partnerships and LLCs. He is a member of AICPA and ASCPA.

Harry Jagoda – Chairman Emeritus, PNC Bank and Cardinal Bank. Mr. Jagoda has more than 40 years of experience in the commercial construction industry before starting his second career in banking and finance. He was instrumental in the establishment and development of several banks including Riggs National Bank (now PNC Bank) and currently is a founding member of Security One Bank. Mr. Jagoda advises Stealth Imaging on banking and investment issues.

Skiff Wager – Principal, SEW Consulting. Mr. Wager is an expert in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) industry and has extensive experience in the cable and broadcast markets. In his previous role as CIO of Scripps Networks, Mr. Wager implemented one of the first and most productive DAM installations in the broadcast/cable industry, and showed how this technology can be made profitable for the industry. He has served in a similar capacity for Xerox and NBC/Universal Studios. Wager provides the Stealth Imaging teams with extensive knowledge of the broadcast/cable market and how to implement DAM into products and services.

Mike Harker – Managing Member, Cincius LLC. Mr. Harker is a long term partner of the Stealth Imaging team and is a member of the Executive Membership of Stealth. He has more than 30 years of experience in computer science, economics, urban planning and oil exploration. He has a robust business background and supports company president Mark Wells as his proxy for business dealings. Mr. Harker has degrees in computer science and economics.
